SHIPPING & FULFILMENT

Erin Tracy Bridal and Fine Jewellery ships worldwide. Items from our ready-made collections normally ship in 1-3 days. Since all our items are handmade with care, jewellery not immediately in stock will ship approximately 4-6 weeks after the receipt of your order. However, should you require your jewellery sooner, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. In all cases, we provide customers with confirmation once an order has shipped.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within two weeks of having received it. Simply email our customer service department at sales@erintracy.ca for a return authorization number (RA#). Provided that the item is unused and in original condition and that an RA# has been obtained (Packages without an RA# cannot be accepted), you will be credited in full. However, all shipping costs, initial as well as return, will be the customer’s responsibility. Purchases of sale, special and customized items are final and cannot be returned.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Goods damaged due to the buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.

In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return.

 

CANCELLATIONS
In the case of a standard order, notifying us of a cancellation within 24 hours will avoid additional fees or charges. After 24 hours (when your item will normally have shipped), your cancellation will need to be treated as a return. See “Returns” above for conditions and instructions on returning jewellery already shipped. Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

 

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
Erin Tracy Bridal and Fine Jewellery is manufactured with care from exceptional materials. Every item we sell is carefully inspected and free from known defects. As a demonstration of our commitment to quality, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any pieces we deem to have been defective as a result of the manufacturing process at no additional labour or material cost to you. Shipping charges, however, may apply, and proof of purchase must accompany items being returned for work under this warranty.
